WellSpa in Vinings and Kennesaw, GA is looking for passionate and skilled Physical Therapists to join our growing wellness team. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
- Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and rehabilitative techniques
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary wellness staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Promote a positive, healing environment consistent with WellSpa's wellness philosophy
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Active Georgia Physical Therapy license or eligibility to obtain licensure
- Experience in outpatient, orthopedic, or wellness-based physical therapy preferred
- Strong knowledge of manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, holistic wellness environment
- CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date

Compensation: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
